One of the best – and longest running – truck show’s in New Zealand – is the Alexandra Festival Parade includes some of the southern-South Island’s best rigs.
Star of the 2018 Show was this million kilometre Western Star working for Summerland Express Freight.

ZC-10 KW Clyde tipper
Stewart Bros came from Hikutaia in the Thames Valley, but operated this W924 Kenworth on aggregate haulage at the Clyde Dam construction project during the eighties and nineties, hauling from Road Metals screening plant to the dam. Along with the International Eagles they also operated, it was estimated that Stewarts moved around two-million tonne of aggregate.
