Legacy - 2005 Mack Titan - Vern Higgins

Logging legend Vern Higgins last Mack Titan at work in the Kaingaroa Forest in the volcanic plateau country of the North Island of New Zealand in the around 2005.
This off-highway logger is powered by a Cummins Signature rated at 600hp (448kW) and this big tractor can cart up to 130-tonne of logs – but due to the terrain usually carts 90 tonne per load on its two trailers.
Named Papanui 5 – this was the fifth Mack in succession to work for Vern.
