Southland/Otago - RTL livestock Kenworths

This portfolio showcases the nature of a job few people get to see – unless you are a livestock driver.

The brands seen here all work under the Road Transport Logistics (Otago) brand, who have kept the identity of the companies they own as a mark of respect to the history of the brands they have acquired.

Running out of Tapanui, these trucks hauled into some stiff climbing in the back-country west of the town, where they undertook a big stock shift for the station.

Initially, it was thought the track might have been a bit too wet to drag in the trailers, but it dried out during the day to the point where trailers were bought in.
